Executive Assistant-Health sector

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a very well-known health organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the CEO's agenda and take care of mail and correspondence;
  • Taking care of the CEO's appointments, reservations and telephone communications;
  • Write the letters, notes, reports and documents requested;
  • Preparing notices of meetings of the Board of Directors and draft agendas;
  • Preparing meeting files and drafting minutes of meetings and follow-up on current files;
  • Arranges and coordinates meeting bookings;
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
  • Required :

  • Bilingualism (impeccable command of French and English, written and oral);
  • DEC in secretarial or office automation is an asset;
  • Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Be structured, organized, discreet and have a sense of priorities.
