And we continue to grow both the Hubdoc product and core Xero teams.The Hubdoc Mobile Team’s mission is to create a reliable, quick and easy to use mobile experience for capturing financial documents, and sending them through our document automation platform.

We work closely with the other Hubdoc engineering, product and design teams to create a seamless experience for our customers across the mobile and web apps, powered by shared APIs, frameworks and services.

How you'll make an impact

Using your experience of building high quality mobile applications, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining best practices for mobile development and delivery and be seen as a role model and mentor on the team.

While your focus will be on iOS, you will also collaborate heavily with Android engineers to build, test and improve features across the apps and API.

You will also work closely alongside Product and Design to ensure that you are aligning engineering initiatives with customer needs and outcomes.

What you'll do

Work in an agile environment.

Collaborate with team members to prototype, build, and test high-quality apps using Swift.

Identify shortcomings in current technology / architecture and recommend solutions.

Provide constructive input into architectural decisions for new features.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.

Stay up to date with iOS development technologies, and identify and promote opportunities to make use of these technologies within the mobile team.
