Job Description

Complete Purchasing Services ( CPS ) is in the procurement business serving multiple channels healthcare, senior living, education, hospitality, and restaurants.

CPS enables their clients to save time and money by providing them with the right products & services at the right price, including tools and resources for their operations.

The Bilingual Marketing Manager will be responsible for external communications and sales / account management support including social media, association partnerships and support, marketing campaigns and program collaterals.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for content collection, content creation, and management for social media across all business units :

In collaboration with operations, program partners, and 3rd party content creators, marketing manager will be responsible to curate, edit, and post to social media channels and resources pages on our public site

Responsible for assisting our sales and account management team leverage postings to maximize exposure and impact

Responsible for data analysis and recommendations on content direction based on results

Supports operations through our association partnerships to maximize opportunities.

Responsible for event organization and support (marketing materials, conference booklet ads, advertorials, etc.)

Responsible to review marketing kits and make recommendations on opportunities

Responsible to document and track all opportunities according to our sponsorship agreements and take the according actions (e.

g., create content for e-blasts, newsletters, program guides, etc.)

Collect and share data / success metrics and make recommendations for future activities

Schedule, create and execute program marketing drip campaigns

Review results and make recommendations

Responsible to create, update and make available collaterals including co-branded brochures, seasonal flyers, sales materials, program guides and general program brochures.

Qualifications

Must be fully bilingual French and English

Must demonstrate strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English & French

Must demonstrate creative writing skills

Advanced proficiency in MS office suite, specifically MS Word, and PowerPoint

Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision

Must possess strong organizational and time management skills

Must be a team player and be able to work collaboratively with others
