AKKA Group North America is looking for a Product Owner Internal Journey Delivery whowould like to join a dynamic and growing company in Montreal, to support one of its customers.

The position is to be filled in Montreal, as soon as possible.

Please note that the mandate is a 3-month mandate with probabilities to be renewed for another 3 months.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

By joining the IT Internal Journey Delivery team, you will have the opportunity to directly participate in a simulator product realization.

Among others, your tasks will be :

Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements

Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI

Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities

Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release / Sprint Goals

Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

Keep abreast with Agile / Scrum best practices and new trends

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS

You have a previous working experience as a Product Owner (at least 5 years)

You have a previous working experience in the Salesforce environment

You hold a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field

You have an In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

You have outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

You also have excellent organizational and time management skills

You have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

You are a creative thinker with a vision

You pay attention to details

You are preferably bilingual ENG / FR
