Work as a key member of the Canadian Surface Combatant (CSC) Supply Chain leadership team and help develop processes, systems and people necessary for the successful procurement in supporting a complex warship design and build.
Develop related plans and execute major Supply Chain projects
Oversee major subcontractor supply chain support activities
Develop and maintain acquisition and logistics strategies for CSC equipment
Provide Supply Chain input to Financial modeling and reporting activities
Provide Supply Chain input into Integrated Master Schedule activities
Develop and execute strategies for CSC Industry Engagement
Identify and implement best practice methodologies and tools for sub-contract and project management
Develop and maintain CSC Supply Chain resourcing plan
Develop and implement processes for Supply Chain Risk Management
Identify and develop improvements to Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and agreed program schedules
Implement Earned Value management within Supply Chain
Build and maintain high performance relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups
Compliance with all applicable legislation including health and safety
