Purpose of the position

Our team of enthusiasts is currently looking for an AS in administration and HR support to provide a replacement for maternity leave.

Reporting to the Vice-President of Human Resources, the HR Technician will be primarily responsible for the administrative support essential to the proper functioning of the activities of the HR and payroll service.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

  • Complete and update OHS administrative records
  • Ensure the administrative management of disability files by monitoring disability and OHS files
  • Enter and transmit CNESST data received by post
  • Ensure the transmission of information in the different companies (mutual certificates, declaration ...)
  • Respond to questions from employees and managers within prescribed deadlines
  • Write, correct and proceed with the layout, quality control and presentation of administrative documents
  • Support and process HR communication by writing memos, emails, letters or other types of communications
  • Coordinate, collect and compile information from different sources in order to update various dashboards and statistical reports
  • Be responsible for carrying out various polls and surveys
  • Occasionally coordinate the technical aspect of various important meetings (booking and preparation of rooms, audiovisual equipment, etc.)
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the Pay Equity file
  • Coordinate the employee recognition program
  • Support the payroll and human resources team in daily operations
  • Participate in the planning of activities for employees and the management of the Social Club
  • Write the memos and manage the communication of the Social Club
  • Perform all other related tasks for the human resources and payroll department.

  • Error : A1
  • Excellent command of the Office suite
  • Knowledge of the Employer D pay system an asset
  • Excellent oral and written French and English
  • Level of spoken language : intermediary english, advanced french
  • Level of written language : intermediary english, advanced french
