Job Title : Payroll Administrator

Location : Mississauga, ON

Length of Assignment : Temporary

Salary : $25-29 / Hr.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll for hourly, salaried, full-time employees
  • Process payroll for 2300+ employees across Canada
  • Process payroll semi-monthly for salaried and weekly for hourly
  • Analyze time sheets and adjust errors using the Ceridian Dayforce application
  • Suggest and make recommendations for internal process improvements
  • Possess advanced level Excel skills and be able to cross reference Vlookups
  • Be able to pick up on software quickly and process payroll without errors
  • Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of full-time Payroll Experience
  • Experience working with Ceridian Dayforce or another HRIS is required
  • PCP certification is required
  • Confidence processing full-cycle payroll
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset
  • You are someone who can pick up on new software systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • College or University degree / diploma are considered assets
