Includes evening and weekend pager support on a rotational basis. Operate and maintain the enterprise wide security based tools following the industry standard design and support best practices Documentation of operational and recovery procedures Provide technical expertise to projects and support teams Support the development of implementation strategies and plans including identification of technical work packages, dependencies, estimates and schedules Who you are : Degree / diploma in technology related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years experience of implementing and operating Network technology infrastructure tools training / certification would be an asset Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability of following ITIL best practices on incident management, break-fix, permanent resolution, problem management and change management Solid communications and interpersonal skills Proven ability to write effective documentation that is clear and meaningful Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to script / automate Network tasks would be an asset Effective internal consulting skills with a strong customer service orientation Attention to detail and effective planning and organizational skills Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and perform capacity planning Exceptional in facilitating change management and driving results Fosters and provides visible key leadership across the organization What really sets you apart : Security Designation 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an Enterprise-wide network supporting security operations.
