The Opportunity

The ASOM will roll out and provide ongoing support of the aligned execution standards developed by the Sales Ops team. Working with TMs and their provincial sales teams, the ASOM will provide a resource that will participate in communicating the standards and coaching the principles on the ground across the country as well as in the scheduled weekly training sessions.

They will also facilitate two-way feedback between the Sales Ops team and field sales to evolve the program moving forward.

The ASOM will also help maintain the backend of the system by monitoring and managing data integrity. Additionally, report development and maintenance with analytic and insight delivery will enhance the value from Sales Ops back to the field team.

This position would report into the Sales Operations Manager.


  • Engage with field sales to effectively communicate execution standards and expectations, supporting the rollout of the sales execution strategy
  • Provide an additional point of contact for field sales to share feedback on objectives, successes and challenges in individual territories and provinces
  • Monitor sales performance against set KPIs and carry out regional and nation- wide analyses to contribute to business planning
  • Support the Sales Ops team by developing and executing reporting and analysis, leveraging inputs from Salesforce through surveys and account information
  • Optimize CRM processes and data collection in close collaboration with the Field Sales team
  • Work closely with Sales Operations Specialist to ensure functional strategy aligns with CRM processes and to continually develop our sales execution strategy
  • Manage and maintain data integrity of account and product information in the Salesforce system
  • Contribute to the development of Salesforce platform and other sales related tools
  • Management and development of insight specific presentations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Experience

  • 5+ Years of Sales or Account Management experience
  • Analytical and driven by metrics
  • A technologically savvy individual who is comfortable working in a data driven environment
  • Committed and experienced Salesforce user with strong technical knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Sheets is considered an asset (e.g. V-look ups, Macros, pivot tables & other advanced formulas)
  • Understanding of field sales processes and responsibilities
  • Experience in Beverage Alcohol, FMCPG, or relatable industries an asset
  • Proven track record of working remotely and independently

    This is a full-time position based out of Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton or Toronto.
