Phase one is the opening our new Mental Health and Substance Use Wellness Centre in 2020. This is a new state of the art 75-

bed Mental Health and Substance Use Wellness Centre for acute mental health care inspired by the Fraser River and will be a patient-centred design.

As the Client Partner you will support the Project Leadership team in Human Resource Planning facilitate and support the success of the three phases of the Redevelopment Project.

Your involvement will include :

  • Developing a Human Resource Plan and Strategy to ensure required clinical and project staffing for Management, Management Support and Bargaining Unit staff is achieved within required timeframes.
  • Working with RCH Redevelopment Project leadership and engaging Employee Experience Departments to facilitate forward-thinking implementation of HR practices and services to support the project needs.
  • Collaborating with Unions, external agencies and provincial HR partners, including HEABC.
  • Provides advice and guidance to managers, employees and others regarding the interpretation and administration of various collective agreements
  • Assists management to access staff education needs and facilitates the delivery of training and orientation programs for management and staff.
  • We are looking for you to have :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Human Resource Management,
  • five (5) years recent related experience in human resources in a unionized environment,
