Zany Consulting Group is seeking exceptionally driven, experienced Documentation Specialist to undertake projects for one of our clients in Toronto.

In this role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the processes and facilities are designed and used in a way that reduces risks to aseptic operations.

The purpose of this position is to provide Administrative support to the members of the Quality Operations Sterility Assurance.

This position requires on-going collaboration with Production and Quality Management, Facilities and Engineering Professionals, Technical and Training Professionals and peers from all Quality divisions across the organization

Responsibilities :

  • Accountable for supporting various departmental administrative tasks
  • Facilitate Board discussions with the team
  • Support Health Safety and Environment department initiatives
  • Manage department Sharepoint and associated documentation
  • Support real time documentation required by the department
  • Support the change management process
  • Support the CAPA development process with members of the QOSA team
  • Support team members with administrative tasks (creating agendas, taking minutes, writing documents, data mining support )
  • Skills :

  • 2 years of related experience in a strong administrative / documentation capacity
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP environment would be preferred
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
  • Experience updating SOPs
  • Able to work independently and in collaboration with others
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills including organization, time management, and follow-up
  • Qualification :

  • Bachelors or post graduate diploma in administrative or related field from any recognized community college
  • Must possess certification of CAPA
  • Write / update work instructions, part specifications, and various forms of reports and correspondence
