We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Demand Generation Supervisor to lead a team to plan, develop, integrate and optimize Canon Canada’s marketing automation and demand generation activities for both its consumer e-

commerce site and select B2B product lines. If you are passionate about growth marketing, numbers & analysis, driving customer engagement and have experience with Salesforce, then this is an opportunity you should consider!

  • Lead, supervise and guide a team of direct reports for our B2C E-Commerce Site and select B2B businesses to achieve specific metrics and sales targets
  • Outline and execute roadmap to integrate, streamline and enhance customer data across sales, marketing and service
  • Oversee the planning and execution of lead generation marketing automation programs
  • Outline curriculum and coordinate vendor-led training sessions to enhance internal knowledge and skills of lead generation / marketing automation applications
  • Attend key events and conferences to discover and educate staff and management on industry best practices
  • Post Secondary Education preferably in Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
  • At least 5 years of related work experience; 1-2 years of experience in managing a team
  • Ability to analyze sales and market data to determine KPIs and promotions
  • Strong process and project management skills to lead the implementation of an online lead generation tool
  • Experience with CRM (SalesForce, Marketing Automation Software (Marketo or SalesForce Marketing Cloud)
  • Excellent computer and technical skills; a focus on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • French is considered an asset
