Join our team and participate in the realization of our Business Intelligence (BI) strategy. We are currently looking for a BI Analyst to join our team! We are a dynamic and multifunctional team responsible for providing insights across different areas of the business to empower decision making at the operational, tactical and strategic layers.

Our team is made up of professional analysts and developers striving towards building an exceptional BI practice. We employ agile methodologies in running our day to day operations and work in close collaboration with various internal partners like sales, finance, marketing, workforce planning and operational planning.

Converge with and translate business requirements into technical specifications and follow through to develop the data, analysis, and storyline of your findings.

Participate with team members in the development of BI solutions related to data analysis and reporting needs. Work in collaboration with business partners to identify their information needs.

Apply your curiosity to uncover new business insights, solutions that will generate great value for the organization. Develop data models to facilitate the analysis and prediction of various business outcomes and customer behaviors.

Analyze data from different sources to answer business questions. Develop performance indicators. Develop Dashboards, self-

service BI tools and added value reports for managers and agents. Participate in the evolution of the BI data infrastructure and the development of our customized data marts.

Your Skills Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in BI, IT, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics and / or related fields. Possess several years of relevant experience in a similar analytical or business intelligence environment.

Expert command of the SQL language. Excellent command of relational databases (Oracle). Excellent knowledge of SAS language.

Preferred knowledge of Business Object and Power BI reporting and visualization tools. Knowledge of insurance industry (an asset).

A high sense of curiosity and attention to detail. A keen analytic mindset with proactive thinking. Self starter that will challenge the status quo and ask the right questions.

Appreciation for the need to quickly execute in an agile development environment. Ability to take charge on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
