Finance Administrative Associate 1 year Contract
The Role :
This role reports directly to the CFO and will help perform a variety of finance function related tasks. You would be working closely with many different stakeholders and managing multiple priorities, therefore the successful candidate must have superior time management, interpersonal skills, and be able to make decisions independently.

What you’ll be working on :
Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and related arrangements for SVP of Finance and other Finance functional leaders.
Performs a variety of Finance function related administrative tasks, which may be complex in nature and, at times, confidential (ie : financial information, presentations, coordination of meetings, etc.).
Participate in organizing company functions and events.
Responsible for ensuring effective management of Finance budget, i.e. assisting with PO’s, invoices, payment tracking.
Manage distribution of Finance Organizational Announcements
Manage employee onboarding (procurement of computers, system access, work-space arrangements)
Performs other duties / projects as required
Qualifications / Requirements
Who’s a good fit for the team :
High School Degree or equivalent; College Degree considered an asset
5+ years of related experience
Advanced computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Aptitude to learn and leverage corporate financial reporting and information systems.
Must have a good deal of independent judgment and discretion.
Work independently under general instructions or direction.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with peers and functional client group.
Great attention to detail
Excellent organizational ability, with a sense of urgency
Frequent access to highly confidential information and contacts at all levels within and outside of FLC requires a high level of confidentiality and discretion
