Develop content and copy for Native Shoes global communications and sales channels ranging from marketing campaigns, product descriptions, digital ads to blog posts Create the foundational structure of our identity through copy guidelines, with an understanding of how the visual and verbal executions come together to create a holistic brand experience Drive eCommerce traffic with clear, concise, SEO optimized copy for our newsletters and ads Drive customer conversion with compelling product descriptions for our eCommerce site Optimize copy performance across all Native Shoes channels through A / B testing Act as the expert on brand voice by ensuring copy footprint online and offline are accurate and adhering to Brand tone of voice Conceptualize and ideate copy strategies with the creative team Provide copy direction across all levels of production both internally and with external partners Proactive in keeping yourself and our teams up to date with industry trends, including ground-
breaking ideas, emerging technologies and business solutions Requirements : Degree or diploma in creative advertising or writing or equivalent in experience 3+ years of professional copywriting experience 2+ years working on national or global brands 2+ years experience in web, mobile, social and emerging platforms Strong copywriting skills in English Must have a portfolio of work demonstrating ideas and copy across various media Ability to write to a brand’s tone of voice, and subtly flex that tone for message and medium Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands Demonstrated and extraordinary communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail Strong understanding of the creative process Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic environment, under tight deadlines Self-
