As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within our Reliability Centre of Excellence portfolio, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development and operational support of reliable Ticketing solutions.
Operating in a BMC Remedy AR System custom environment, you will work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities.
You will be joining a team that is passionate and proud of developing applications that enable internal agents to serve external customers and to drive continual improvements to workplace processes and automation initiatives.
What you’ll do :
Gather requirements from customers and end users and design, test and deploy ticketing solutions
Collaborate with business and network teams to identify opportunities and launch new products and services
Lead assessment of potential technology / software solutions to improve efficiency
Troubleshoot issues experienced by customers
Act as a change champion (apply strong communication and change management skills) to successfully deliver on project goals
Mentor and coach other team members
What you bring :
5+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst
Configuration and customization experience with BMC Remedy Action Request System / Helix
Apache / Tomcat and Linux experience
Good understanding of Oracle database (SQL) with data modeling experience
Planning and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
