Seasonal Yard & Delivery Technician
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Seasonal Yard & Technician is responsible for warehouse transfers, pulling customer orders from stock and delivering hot tubs, pool kits and other required deliveries.
Ensuring a positive customer experience is an essential element of the job and this individual will ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer orders and the timeliness of deliveries.
All paperwork must be fully and properly completed to the satisfaction of the customer and Company, and every customer contact must demonstrate a high degree of courtesy and professionalism.
The Seasonal Yard & Delivery Technician will assist as required in maintaining the warehouse and all Company property in a neat, clean and organized condition.
Additionally, the Seasonal Yard & Technician will provide assistance and support to the retail and service departments as needed.
This individual must be aware of any potential hazards on every project and act accordingly. Hazards are to be assessed, controlled or eliminated and reported to customers, co-workers and management.
