Reporting to the Sales Manager, the selected incumbent will develop and manage a portfolio of small, medium and large corporations, developing relationships with key client executives and representing all the solutions and services of the company in a coordinated, professional manner.
To work with end clients in a consultative fashion in order to assist them in making technology decisions for their organization which the technical team will assist them implementing.
Key services include Cloud Consulting, Managed Print Services, Managed Services, Microsoft Solutions, Network Solutions, Procurement Specialists, and Audio Visual solutions.
Education, Experience and Attributes :
Post-Secondary education preferred.
Sales and business training.
IT experience and knowledge preferred.
Experience using CRM and Sales Funnel software.
A positive and proactive attitude.

Responsible for being the first line of contact and support for our customers.

Engage and introduce our various service resources to our customers with the aim of taking care of all of them while maximizing profit and revenue.
Maintain a positive relationship with at least one decision maker in each of your accounts as well as surrounding yourself with additional key people within the account.
Develop annual action plans including target accounts, key account personnel, competitive analysis, account background, and tactical steps required to win business.
Will be responsible for activities which will include cold calling, background research, executive presentations, and personal follow-up.
Maintain and build assigned accounts through regular, consistent contact and ensure the client is aware of all offerings of the company, including both products and services.
Interact directly with manufacturers, distributors and internal business units to bring technology information to clients in a proactive manner.
To be creative in approach to bringing together diverse information resources in support of client business needs.
Act as an advocate with your client and as an advocate for the company when with the client.
The business units are responsible to perform committed services - the account manager is responsible to ensure that client expectations are met.
The account manager is ultimately responsible for all of their customers regardless of who and what business unit or outsourcing entity is providing services that needs to be involved.
Be available for and attend seminars, trade shows and other non-traditional selling situations.
Provide daily teamwork to the inside assistant account manager (AAM) team whose task is to provide tactical sales support of the Account Manager's client portfolio in the areas of telesales, quote research and preparation, order entry and order management.
Maximize the effectiveness of the AAM role by defining and monitoring priorities.
General Requirements :
A valid Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle.
Legally authored to work in Canada
