As Sales Manager , you will play a critical role in building and managing a customer-focused sales team, driving a constant pipeline of new sales opportunities that will ensure Scout is reaching revenue goals to meet our strategic objectives.

We are actively seeking a motivated, self-driven and well-organized Sales Manager who will build solid, long-lasting relationships by assembling a high-octane team of sales specialists who will focus on listening to potential customers' shipping challenges and offering them tailored, proactive solutions.

The Sales Manager will roll up their sleeves along with their team members to handle all phases of the sales process including, lead generation, qualification, structuring and negotiating the agreement and close.

The Sales Manager will attend and participate sales calls and must be comfortable presenting to C-Level executives.

  • The successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of solid sales management experience in a fast-paced, non-asset, 3PL environment (preferably FTL, reefer or dry van experience).

    This role will require occasional travel within Canada and the US.
