As the newest member of our team, you will be focusing on work alongside this highly collaborative group of team members as well as several strategic vendor partners.

As a member of the EMR Support and Implementation team you will utilize DevOps principals to analyze current and new solutions, discover, evaluate, and provide next level support to EMR platforms.

Your contributions will directly impact our ongoing pursuit to enhance our infrastructure and dashboard reporting to provide real time health alerts of our service to be used by our frontline and support teams to quickly identify problems and in turn help reduce mean time to repair and provide after action reports which will enhance the understanding of the health status of our services

  • Qualifications :

  • Recognized for your initiative and owning complex issues through to resolution
  • Strong sense of business ownership and customer focus
  • Advanced oral and written English language and communication skills
  • 5-7 years experience with :
  • VMware tech stack including, vCenter, vROPS, ESXi, Skyline adviser and Log Insight
  • Experience in capacity planning, upgrades, administration and troubleshooting
  • 2-3 years experience with :
  • Cisco USC and / or HPE Blade systems
  • Managing and provisioning and presenting storage for virtual environments including iSCSI, FC, NFS and RDM in EMC or NetApp Storage solutions
  • Veeam and Acronis backup and recovery tools
  • Check MK and Nagios Monitoring
  • Scripting in Powershell, Python, Rest API and JavaScript
  • Server administration skills including current versions and / or Linux RHEL and CentOS
  • Great-to-haves

  • Knowledge of and Experience with the following :
  • Puppet, Salt or other CM tools, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, IPAM, Docker and Docker swarms
  • Experience in configuration and management of NetApp SnapCenter / SnapManager with Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL
  • Experience with NetApp data protection tools like SnapVault and SnapMirror
