    Royal Freemasons is proud to have state of the art nursing homes at a number of regional locations. Vital to the success of our sites, we are always looking for candidates who have an excellent team attitude and who can go above and beyond their core duties.

    Personal Care Assistants are responsible for providing a high standard of direct care to residents in the residential aged care setting, including the administration of medications as delegated, and to complete documentation as necessary.

    You should be highly organised and self-motivated, and someone who can manage your time and be flexible with your workload.

  • Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated reliability and passion for aged care
  • 6 months experience preferred
  • Aged Care Certificate III or IV qualification or Nursing students
  • Medication competency preferred
  • Food Handling and Hygiene Certificate
  • Computer and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Manual Handling and safe lifting practices
