Reporting to the Manager, Staffing & Diversity, the incumbent works with leaders from the business to define needs, provide input to the development of people strategies, and provide the highest level of staffing services to managers and internal clients.

As a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner Staffing provides coaching and counsel to leaders on human resources solutions that contribute to the goals of the business unit and supports a high performing and engaged working environment.

Building strong links between HR strategy and business strategy, this credible and effective Business Partner will act as an advisor to department leaders in developing talent strategy and business solutions that support the unique needs of the organization.

Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of relevant and progressive experience in Human Resources
  • University Degree or completion of a Human Resources Management degree / diploma program from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent is an asset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HRIS
  • Valid drivers license to effectively support travel requirements
