What is the opportunity?
The Senior Enterprise Agile Coach is responsible for formulating the coaching strategy and approach for complex multi-team environments and portfolio level initiatives.
The coach is engaged in consulting, education, mentoring and coaching support for key delivery roles in a complex multi-
team environment as well as the executive ranks and management throughout RBC. This role is key to furthering the adoption of agile principles and context-
specific practices in the organization, corporate productivity improvements, improved quality, enhanced speed to market and increased customer satisfaction.
Success in this role is measured in terms of the overall improvement in the agile maturity of the organization that the role supports
What will you do?
g. scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile) in order to deliver highest value in a timely manner
Support the development of agile coaches, team members and their leaders through mentoring, education, training, etc.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have :
