Our Energy client is looking for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for a Cochrane site facility.

This is an initial 3-6 month part-time contract position to start and will likely convert to more full-time hours in the future.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Identify and action items that require necessary attention; scheduling meetings, liaising with vendors, implementing processes to improve workflow efficiencies, etc.
  • Manage communication for the facility to internal and external clients
  • Provide maintenance schedules for the facilities’ vehicles
  • Aid in the drafting of facility communication when announcements are required (i.e. for staff changes, upcoming systems changes etc.)
  • Plan various staff and community events through the year
  • Manage invoice / payroll for site contractors
  • Aid in the coordination of travel, meetings and presentations
  • Required Skills :

  • Minimum of 4 6 years as an Administrative Assistant / Coordinator
  • Experience in an enterprise Oil and Gas environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite; Excel, Outlook
  • Strong experience in data entry
  • Ability to identify gaps and action tasks
  • Professional ADMIN - Administrative Assistant 5 - 7 years Please describe your data entry experience using MS Office Suite. (5 - 7 years)
