Our Energy client is looking for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for a Cochrane site facility.
This is an initial 3-6 month part-time contract position to start and will likely convert to more full-time hours in the future.
Specific Responsibilities :
Identify and action items that require necessary attention; scheduling meetings, liaising with vendors, implementing processes to improve workflow efficiencies, etc.
Manage communication for the facility to internal and external clients
Provide maintenance schedules for the facilities’ vehicles
Aid in the drafting of facility communication when announcements are required (i.e. for staff changes, upcoming systems changes etc.)
Plan various staff and community events through the year
Manage invoice / payroll for site contractors
Aid in the coordination of travel, meetings and presentations
Required Skills :
Minimum of 4 6 years as an Administrative Assistant / Coordinator
Experience in an enterprise Oil and Gas environment preferred
Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite; Excel, Outlook
Strong experience in data entry
Ability to identify gaps and action tasks
Professional ADMIN - Administrative Assistant 5 - 7 years Please describe your data entry experience using MS Office Suite. (5 - 7 years)
