A Server’s accountabilities include :

Demonstrating a dedication to service and hospitality tries to ensure every guest leaves with a sense that their experience was outstanding in every way

Demonstrates knowledge of our menu and can explain it in a way that exudes passion for our food and beverage programs.

Demonstrates the willingness and ability to go above and beyond for any guest

Demonstrates teamwork and communicates positively and professionally to all departments to ensure that guest needs are being met at all times

Setup, takedown and ongoing cleanliness of the Server station(s)

Demonstrates and adheres to proper steps in responsible service of alcohol

Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive demeanour
