Under the responsibility of the Vice President, Project Appraisal and Support, the incumbent is responsible for the Technical Appraisal and Appraisal Branch, which is mandated to provide deficiencies to the project.
The general management is composed of three (3) directorates and three (3) assistant directorates and counts about one hundred people.
The incumbent is responsible for the entire portfolio of expertise and appraisal mandates to define, guide and plan major projects and projects related to the management and development of the building stock.
the SQI for the West and East of the province. As part of the expertise and support mandates for public bodies, it provides consulting expertise and support to organizations, in particular by performing audits on the content of deliverables produced by external firms or by services.

The incumbent must contribute closely to the implementation of the organization's strategic and operational vision.
