Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders of projects
  • Effectively manage and hold third-parties accountable for performance and delivery to deadlines
  • Present findings and recommendations with confidence and communicating these to sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify, scope and prepare business cases for opportunities to improve processes in conjunction with process owners / managers
  • Ability to work independently, using a solutions-driven approach to solve problems
  • Identify improvement opportunities and manage improvement requests from the business
  • Identify benefits realization targets and ensure these are achieved on each project
  • Ensure the project team and key stakeholders are kept informed across relevant project activities.
  • Maintain weekly / monthly status reports to key stakeholders tracking the status of the project.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to resolve complex issues and avoid risks to the project.
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified and communicated in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure effective operational hand-over of the project to the organization’s operational teams.
  • Manage business process improvement projects to an agreed project plan.
  • Monitor, develop metrics and report business performance against accepted standards and KPI’s
  • Document and monitor business processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures as a result of improvement initiatives
  • Key Requirements : Experience

    Experience

  • 5+ years managing large multi-department change projects on-time and within budget
  • PMP Certificate or candidate
  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university
  • Experience leading projects across multiple countries remotely, with stakeholders positioned in multiple locations
  • Identify key deliverables / structure key activities into work assignments
  • Create and manage delivery of plans, setting priorities and adjusting appropriately to changing demands
  • Comfortable using MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio) and project management software (MS Project)
  • Communication

  • Concise and effective project updates
  • Ability to communicate detail to multiple levels of an organization
  • Logical structure in covering subjects and making recommendations
  • Persuasive, compelling verbal style
