Sales Specialist Small Business Solutions

As a Small Business Sales Specialist , you are a self-starter, someone who will pursuit, prospect, and close opportunities, specifically targeting small business clients.

  • What YOU can expect in the role :

  • Actively prospect for potential customers using various direct marketing methods while representing the TELUS brand
  • Understand customers communication needs, business issues and buying motives to ensure they have the right mobility solution deployed
  • Provide accurate and timely forecast on your business
  • Act as a subject matter expert on small business products and services
  • Your knowledge toolkit :

  • High School Diploma (College or University Degree Preferred)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (telecommunications not required but considered an asset)
  • Completely proficient in the English language
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office, Outlook and Salesforce (or other CRM technology)
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
