Adecco is currently recruiting for a temporary Administrative Assistant for a leading Supply Chain and Logistics company in Burlington, ON.
Duties would include but are not limited to communicating and supporting internal departments on a professional and timely basis and supporting a Financial System project.
The Administrative Assistant pay rate depends on experience + 4% vacation pay out each week.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities :
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting for client and carrier performance
Provide administrative assistance on a project including but not limited to :
prepare training documents and SOPs from notes
setup meetings and Training Sessions
log open items and follow up on open items
Administrative Assistant Requirements & Qualifications :
Strong Excel skills
Previous experience with Financial reporting
Post secondary education and / or 2 years' related experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, telephone, written)
Ability to handle stressful situations and a high volume of work
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of an order management system, warehouse management system and a transportation management system is an asset
