What - the Role :
The Communication and Engagement Manager will create, implement and evaluate annual work plans, budgets and communication strategies, and tactical marketing plans.
This person will be also developing, implementing and evaluating the organization’s marketing and communication program.
This position is also responsible for developing and delivering compelling materials that communicate timely news and fact-based information about the water sector to members, water leaders and decision makers.
The ideal candidate is a mentor and will be responsible for a small team, overseeing the content creation for the website and social media platforms, as the development of engagement strategies for all the members.
Who - the Candidate :
We are seeking a Communication and Marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience in related communications and marketing roles with supervisory experience.
You must be proactive, strategic and with strong leadership skills. Someone who enjoys building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and works well in collaborative environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are very important in this role, as time management and project management skills.
