Founded in 1999, the firm provides continuous glucose monitoring technology to help patients and their clinicians better manage diabetes.

  • Lead and direct the creation and execution of comprehensive, holistic marketing campaigns to support sales and revenue objectives of organization.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, educational tools and events.
  • Lead the development of the annual marketing plan for the brand, including building of the annual business plan to ensure growth targets are reached.
  • Co-lead Business Planning process including assessing and addressing risks and opportunities to the annual plan, and leading decision making on in year P&L trade-offs.
  • Lead strategy development and oversight of end-to-end digital customer experience to include inbound digital marketing, social media, website, email, CRM and e-commerce.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve goals, meet job responsibilities and achieve personal professional growth while ensuring adoption and use of consistent, unified messaging across the entire organization and in relation to the corporate brand.
  • Previous experience working in an organization that operates in a digitally native, Direct-to-Consumer model is preferred.
  • Experience in CPG or other classically trained environment is a plus.
  • Experience in diabetes related business and / or healthcare is a plus.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms (GA), e-commerce systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Demandware), and Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) an asset.
