Altima Dental is rapidly growing, and we have an exciting opportunity in our Operations team to support the transition and integration of partner practices across Canada.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Director of Partnership. The candidate will be an ambassador for Altima Dental as we welcome and integrate our new partners into our growing dental family.

Assist the Director of Partnerships with assessing new partnership offices and team members after initial onboarding to assess retention and identify additional training or support required
Welcome, integrate and support acquired practices pre and post close
Continually build and nurture a positive working relationship with the doctor(s) and staff of acquired practices.
Ensure that key internal stakeholders are held accountable for acquisition and integration related deliverables
Audit new partnership offices and team members after initial onboarding to assess retention and identify additional training required
Develop effective integration processes, training programs, and materials
Serve as trusted resource for new affiliation teams as they work through the challenges and stress of an integration
Ensure that the practice is compliant with all employment and any regulatory requirements as appropriate
Review, interpret, develop, and deliver reports and practice financials as needed
Post secondary education Dental or Business Administration would be preferred
Previous experience working in a dental practice would be an asset
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Practice Management Software (Dentrix)
Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and work closely will various levels of the organization
Experience must demonstrate an attention to detail as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exhibit outstanding customer service with patients as the #1 priority
Extensive travel with up to 40 % overnight based on the logistics of acquisitions across Canada
Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
