Int. Business Analyst to lead the implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll 9.2 for North America.-111073
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Lead the implementation of PeopleSoft Payroll 9.2 for NA including plan, design, build, test, train, cutover and support
Plan, schedule and facilitate Fit / gap and design workshops including the identification of appropriate resources and decisions documented
Document final requirements, fit / gap, solutions and develop configuration workbooks, Conversion design and build , functional specifications for all setup, configuration and needed customizations.
Build and unit test all required configurations and objects during build phase
Complete documentation of implemented system, including procedures, processing requirements, customizations, configuration and instructions for ongoing maintenance and processing
Provide advice on leading practices during design and build phases
Develop test plan for unit, integration, user and payroll reconciliation test cycles
Lead and execute testing and support issue resolution
Develop and execute training tools and plans. Train Internal resources on PeopleSoft Payroll for operations
Provide Support for a defined transition plan from current payroll solution
Advice and plan for go-live and other key events, such as the production of T4 statements
MUST HAVES :
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst implementing PeopleSoft.
