Position Summary

Are you an exceptional communicator with a passion for dashboard design and development? We are seeking a permanent full time Strategic Information Analyst -

Performance Measurement to join our team in Kelowna, BC!

The Performance Measurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of innovative performance dashboards and scorecards.

The Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders to define requirements to deliver effective data visualisations and support the development and maintenance of performance measures and indicators.

The Performance Analyst will also guide principles for data visualizations and serve as a leader in data visualization techniques, dashboard design, and information delivery best practices.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience

  • A post-secondary degree with completed coursework in a health-related discipline and / or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Preference will be given to a candidate with a strong ability to produce high quality visualizations.
  • Experience working in a complex computerized environment.
  • A minimum of two years of experience with data management, linkage, analysis, interpretation, and performance reporting.
