leading customer support. We empower skilled people to expand the boundaries of what is possible. We have an immediate full time opening for an experienced IT professional with outstanding customer service skills to join NovAtel’s Business Applications Support team.

This critical role delivers support to a large user community for a range of diverse software applications.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Information Systems team, the Applications Support Analyst will be responsible for : Administration and support of a range of business applications including but not limited to : Infor SyteLine, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA, Perforce and Accolade Sopheon Writing, supporting and maintaining TSQL Stored Procedures Creating and modifying Crystal Reports, SSRS Reports Ensuring availability and performance of business applications Providing user support for NovAtel’s business applications Carrying maintenance (patches, hot fixes) as required Liaising with software vendors to obtain support as required Collaborating with other IT team members to upgrade business systems Advocating continuous improvement Maintaining high quality documentation Communicating effectively with the user community

Qualifications

Must-Have : Bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field A minimum of 5 years working in a related information technology role Solid experience in supporting Infor SyteLine Admin Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence SQL Server experience TSQL Programming Experience Proven track record in delivering customer service excellence Excellent broad technical knowledge of a diverse range of IT technologies and disciplines Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communications abilities Excellent problem-

solving ability in a high pressure fast pace environment All successful applicants will require a Canadian Controlled Goods clearance.
