Red River Co-op is recruiting for the position of Meat Manager at our Food Store at Grant Park located at 1120 Grant Avenue.
This position reports to the Store Manager.
Essential responsibilities of the Meat Manager include but are not limited to the following :

About You :
You have a minimum of three years of retail experience, performing at a high level. Previous retail management experience is an asset.
Previous experience in a retail meat department (ideally, as a meat cutter) is also advantageous.
You possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal). You are outgoing, high energy, and work well with others.
You have a special skill of motivating staff to achieve high results. A solid understanding of computer applications, including Microsoft Office is required.
