As a project coordinator on our Artisan category team, you will assist in ensuring consistent and on-time execution of projects and go to market activities.

To do this you will collaborate & orchestrate across multiple cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence.

  • Work with the category teams to help manage the commercialization process and internal go to market’ activities (Stage 4) to ensure successful execution of launches.
  • Manage Commercialization meetings- Calendar Invites, Meeting Agenda, Meeting minutes
  • Manage Seasonal needs as per the business ie. Brochure, customer specific asks
  • Manage end-to-end item set up requirements on SAP : ensure coordination of marketing, R&D and regulatory inputs are complete, accurate and on time.
  • Additionally, support the customer specific needs around set up ie. WM ProSpec / WM Hive

  • Manage discontinuation process on identified Breads & Rolls projects to closely track inventory, labels and unique ingredient run down and liabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper de-activation of products. Communicate as required to cross functional stake holders

  • Sell sheet coordination with sales strategy & marketing COE
  • Manage image library with Marketing team
  • Manage Bread Shared drives
  • Manage Invoices & PO generation against ACE Marketing Budget
  • Social media content collaboration / approval working with digital team to co-create the calendar and approve final copy.
  • Artwork approval on internal approval system (ensuring codes are correct)

  • Ability to deal with large cross functional groups
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Good business sense, resourceful, innovative and responsive to change
  • Excellent organizer to ensure multifaceted activities are brought together to meet specific deadlines / goals
  • Takes Initiative to find ways to get better results
  • Aptitude for process and ability to optimize
  • Proficient in Power Point, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
