This role will report directly to the Senior Manager of Operations. The primary function of this role is to provide support to the Operations team by administering all Maturity and Educational Assistance Payment ( EAP ) transactions (financial and non-

financial) and updates related to the Subscribers’ Contracts for both Canadian and International business. Additionally, this position may require participation in various projects, system enhancements and building on and maintaining the existing Operational procedures relating to Maturity and EAP processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Process Maturity and EAP applications accurately and within service standards
  • Ensure all transactions are processed according to company guidelines in addition to ESDC and CRA
  • Regulations.

  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager
  • Qualifications :

  • High school graduate (OSSD or equivalent), Post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative and customer service experience
  • Accurate typing ability (minimum 60 wpm)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented and solution focused
  • Working knowledge of the financial industry, RESP preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while adhering to service standards
  • Ability to multitask
  • Quick learner (ability to learn / comprehend product details)
  • Flexibility as overtime may be required on weekends during peak times
  • Knowledge of French an asset
