Prepare technical documents such as URS, FS, DS, UT, SCR, IQ, OQ / PQ.
Troubleshooting, Testing and Debugging. Providing technical assistance problem, resolution and troubleshooting support.
Should possess the ability to understand Functional requirements and transform them into Technical Specification.
Alfresco Issue identification, simulation and root cause analysis.
Contribute to knowledge base.
Proactive application monitoring.
Managing tickets and tasks escalated by the Level 1 team.
Handling Customer requests and fulfillment of adhoc requests assigned by the Lead. Escalate tickets that require external Developer.
Develop and implement tasks / components of a work package / project as per client requirements and create a zero-defect code.
Write unit test cases for the specific unit and update knowledge assets with the objective to deliver high quality project deliverables first time right within the limits of delivery timelines, security and performance guidelines.
Understand, interpret and clarify functional requirements as well as technical requirements and requirement standards for the project.
