As a Customer Care Associate on our Key Account Management team, you will play a key role in liaising between our restaurants and Account Managers.
This is a fast-paced job that requires you to think on your feet and communicate on the fly through email, phone, and site visits -
so it definitely helps if you’re tech savvy. The right person for the job will have an inherent sense of empathy in order to provide an excellent customer service experience and get to the root cause of complaints with ease.
This role will be responsible for providing service to our Vancouver restaurant partners.
