Reports To : Senior Manager, Sharp Direct Sales & Customer Experience

Job Status : Full-Time Contract

    Job Summary

    The Administrative Coordinator will perform all day-to-day activities to support the Sales Administration team initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Sales Administration team and work closely with cross functional teams including the Sales Team, Leasing Team, CRM Contract Team, etc.
  • Ensuring all daily and weekly assigned tasks are completed within a designated timeline.
  • Supporting month end and year end activities with a sense of urgency.
  • Responding to customer enquiries.
  • Arrange pickup and relocation requests.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a professional environment / office.
  • 1-3 years of sales administration experience.
  • 1-3 years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Teams).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and time management.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written).
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.
