About this Position

As a high achieving inside sales professional, you will be responsible for driving net-new opportunities for growth, while ensuring that customer needs are exceeded.

Your strong interpersonal, communication and technical skills allow you to build trust with customers and provide exceptional service.

You will be involved in both pre and post sales activities to build strong relationships with customers, and drive product adoption, retention, account expansion and renewals.

You will report to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals for net-new business.
  • Leverage marketing generated lead lists, LinkedIn and the internet to uncover qualified leads.
  • Achieve quarterly sales objectives by working independently, remotely, and with autonomy.
  • Build and strengthen prospective customer relationships to close deals.
  • Excel at quickly and effectively positioning the value of our solution to make a good first impression.
  • Promptly follow up with customers to establish next steps and quarterback the sales process and customer needs.
  • Effectively overcome objections.
  • Develop a strategic approach and engage internal resources as appropriate to execute strategy.
  • Assist in scheduling Account Executive meetings with prospective customers through active and consistent outreach efforts and strategic positioning of Mozzaz.
  • Track daily activity into the CRM.
  • Reach out and identify decision makers in the target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge Mozzaz’s product offering.
  • About Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years previous B2B sales experience with stellar and proven results.
  • Excellent IT knowledge, particularly with mobile and web-based software.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and prior success dealing directly with customers at all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to successfully handle many parallel customers, each with independent issues and timelines.
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Must be customer focused and enjoy talking to / meeting new people.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales model.
  • Experience in using a CRM.
  • Teamwork, strong positive attitude and ability to quickly build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Arden desire to grow the business.
  • Nice to have

  • Excellent understanding of mobile health (mHealth) / Internet of Things (IoT) for behavioral health.
  • Experience selling Electronic Medical Record (EMR) / Electronic Health Record (HER) or other clinical solutions into the behavioral health market.
  • Location

    A very high preference will be given to candidate who can work out of our Waterloo office. The successful candidate must currently be a Canadian citizen.
