Job Description

Seeking Superstar Office Adminstrator / Bookkeeper

Our team is busier than ever so it's time to open our doors to another team player.


  • You have education in Business Administration and / or Accounting
  • You have knowledge of the Bookkeeping process & invoicing
  • You love Excel, numbers and are a whiz at data entry
  • You love to greet people at reception
  • You understand that HR is a strategic P2P (people to people) business. You are kind, humble and can handle the office on your own while the consultants are visiting clients.

    No Experience Necessary

    OUR ASK?

  • Available to work on a permanent part time basis 20 - 30 hours / week over 5 days beginning at 8 : 30 am
  • Friendly & professional, humble & kind
  • A self-starter who can get stuff done
  • Don’t mind being alone in the office while our consultants are off visiting clients
  • HR education or experience is an asset but not required

    We are a team of 6 professionals working together to service our clients with compassion, care and compliance.
