The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for a Help Desk / Service Desk Analyst who would be interested in a contract opportunity offered within the Ottawa, Ontario region.
Candidates within this role must have either have an Enhanced Reliability Clearance or be eligible to obtain one. Primary responsibilities and desirable skillsets :
Provide Level 2 support in response to queries received by the IT Helpdesk.
Respond to IT services queries received via problem ticket system, phone call or walk-in to the Helpdesk.
Perform research and development in response to technological enhancements.
Support, procure, maintain, and deploy all end-user software and hardware.
Document Helpdesk enquires in IT’s problem and change management system.
Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate expectations.
Desirable experience :
Experience with Laserfiche document management system.
Experience Blackberry Enterprise Server device administration.
Experience with BMC Track IT problem and change management system.
