Job Description :

DentsuX is looking to add their next Paid Performance Specialist to their growing team. Supporting excellent clients, and a working with the larger Dentsu Aegis Network, this role would be an excellent opportunity to flex your digital performances skills with a supportive and engaging team.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development of digital media proposals, media presentations and tactical POVs
  • Strategizes ways to most effectively use digital media dollars to the greatest benefit for our clients
  • Assess problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner
  • Proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
  • Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them
  • Collaborates with the Integrated Planning team to provide input into the strategy and rationale
  • Works with Integrated Planning team to maintain media budgets and changes to media plan
  • Accurately aligns digital media investment with correct measurement KPIs
  • Keep abreast of all invoices, billing and delivery issues
  • Works with creative agency to understand creative assets available and any custom placements
  • Assist in the execution and evaluation of account maintenance / optimization activities
  • Monitor, analyze and report the performance results for client accounts
  • Continually learn and enhance skills related to media methodologies and platforms
  • Strong mathematical & analytical mindset and interest in data analysis
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills, particularly the ability to organize information succinctly and logically
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable ideating, creating and conducting presentations to internal teams & clients including using MS PowerPoint
  • A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of work experience with at least 1-2 year experience working within a role function of paid performance buying / planning
  • Prior experience with Social platforms (FB / IG, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) and Search platforms (AdWords, DoubleClick Search)
  • Must have previous working experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Can-do attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment
  • Thrives in a fast pace, constantly changing environment; can adapt buys due to changes in client objectives, priorities or budgets while minimizing impact on project momentum
  • Ability and experience working in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Keen interest and passion for all things digital marketing
  • A sense of curiosity, and desire to innovate / test new approaches
