The incumbent of the position is responsible to ensure vehicles are ready for auction day.
Prepares vehicles for the auction by ensuring they are moved and parked in their assigned areas
Ensures vehicles are ready for the auction by numbering and ensuring vehicle is in working order, i.e. flagging, boosting, adding gas and filling tires
Drive the vehicles through the lanes during sale day if needed
Provides customer service by assisting customers in retrieving vehicles
Other duties as required
EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
1-2 years related experience
Must have a driver’s abstract in good standing and able to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
Ability to drive all makes / models of vehicles
Proven ability to work well in a team environment
Must have good customer service skills
Well organized, accurate worker with an eye for detail
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be willing to work in various weather conditions
