Reporting to the Associate Director of the Sales Implementation team, you will ensure the smooth running of operational activities related to sales within the company, including the production, validation, and submission of all financial proposals and the management of client accounts.

You will ensure the proper management of the activities of your team members, their versatility, and the achievement of the group's objectives, and will actively participate in the decision-making and implementation of the sales management objectives.


In addition, your responsibilities will include :

Supervision and coordination of sales proposals

  • Support, supervise and coordinate the production, analysis, mailing and archiving of financial proposals and customer contracts in collaboration with the sales, operations, product and finance / legal teams;
  • Validate and ensure that bids and contracts are adequate and in line with expectations;
  • Ensure compliance with the delegation of authority and decision matrix throughout the process;
  • Analyze and review financial proposals of significant value while providing recommendations based on the applicable contract context;
  • Ensure product catalog and product pricing is current and in line with expectations;
  • Manage performance and remove blockers within the team as well as priorities on a daily basis;
  • Participate in setting and achieving team goals;
  • Provide ongoing and timely communication regarding departmental issues;
  • Work closely with the various teams to reduce irritants and increase value creation;
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of a proposal automation system.
  • Supervision and coordination of the Internal Sales team

  • Ensure the management of customer accounts and new opportunities;
  • Ensure the quality of customer account follow-ups;
  • Coordinate Internal Sales customer contract renewals with the finance team;
  • Oversee the management of the Internal Sales team's opportunity pipeline;
  • Oversee the management of the Inside Sales pipeline of opportunities; Track sales objectives via dashboards;
  • Ensure diligent use of CRM by user teams;
  • Manage the assignment of customer groups to inside sales consultants;
  • Evaluate the performance of inside sales consultants;
  • Create, plan and implement continuous improvement strategies for the sales engine.
  • Internal and external customer support

  • Communicate with internal and external clients and act as a reference for the most complex files;
  • Ensure internal follow-ups on issues related to financial proposals and contracts.

  • University degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 2 years experience in managing an internal or external sales team;
  • 5 years of experience in the IT and / or health sector (a strong asset);
  • Experience in managing a sales funnel;
  • Bilingualism required, both oral and written;
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or any other CRM solution;
  • Experience with a CPQ system and Stream (an asset);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with an ability to manage stress and priorities;
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with an ability to work collaboratively.
