Responsibilities :

1) Generate, develop and close new business

2) Manage and expand established and new client relationships to drive new business opportunities through various means including cold calling and prospecting via e-mail

3) Drive opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives

4) Develop and implement comprehensive customer centric account strategy and territory plan that consider the big picture

5) Develop and build meaningful relationships with key and influential contacts

6) Manage the new partner on-boarding, activation and revenue growth objectives in company's mid-market business

7) Lead an effective activation process and realization of revenue growth goals with new partners

8) Drive collaboration to deliver a scalable model and compelling partner value proposition & experience

9) Ensure the growth of revenue coverage model through partner development sales and delivery model

10) Collaborate with team roles across partner influence and span model to scale across a variety of customers aligned to company's mid-market solutions

Requirements :

1) MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

2) Minimum of 5 years or more technical sales experience with a proven direct and partner selling software solution into ERP

3) Deep Mid-Market channel partner experience, knowledge and insights are essential

4) Strong business knowledge of the industry and company's marketplace relevant to building profitable partnerships

5) Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment

6) Strong organizational and time management skills
