We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose / Summary of Position :

This role is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Service Department with oversight and management of Service Advisors, Support Staff, Technicians and Apprentices.

  • This Management role is responsible for ongoing planning and collaboration with other department leaders; executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies;
  • ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies;
  • driving sales and championing the customer experience.

    Candidates must possess :

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary Education Preferred
  • Previous leadership experience in Retail Automotive Service
