Our Burnaby based municipal client is looking to fill a temporary position in administration. They are specifically seeking a candidate with Level 2 First Aid.

You would need to be a self-starter, with a keen attention to detail. You are a multi-tasker and have strong technical abilities.

This assignment will involve records related project work, as such records management / electronic document management experience would definitely be an asset.

This role will run from July to August (possibly longer) and pays $26.34 per hour. The hours will be 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm Monday through Friday.

with the following skills required :

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Records management (digital) skills and experience
  • Strong ability to schedule meetings in Outlook
  • Experience working in Sharepoint
  • Keen attention to detail as they will be responsible for formatting various documents
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative)
  • Experience with an Electronic Document Management System and paper records.
  • Good communication skills.
